SW10/WWW: Superhuman World Wiki: The Devil in White!

I'm still struggling with drawing web comics.  But I can get a Wiki page 
out on occasion.  This one is of a black hero, albeit from my clueless 
white guy prospective.  He's appeared in Powernaut 1969 and 2008.
