If people want to do that they can... don't think it should be 
mandatory... if people want to vote secretly and not explain their vote 
they should be able to do that...

And doesn't look like anyone has responded to this thread yet... maybe 
you could get the ball rolling by posting who you think should be in the 
Hall and why... if you think this is the way to go...
