We're at beta 3.1 now (0.7.0).

Some of the stuff that was added includes:
* backgrounds for quicker char creation
* magic items
* casters gain higher-level spells
* old gold and black UI skin
* improved inventory tooltips
* new spells: bear's endurance, bull's strength, eagle's splendor, cat's grace, owl's wisdom, fox's cunning
