The Darkhorse series and the Cal Morgan serial that was running in MIGHTY MEDLEY are going to be your primary points of reference. The character was /mentioned/ in some Jolt City and Journey Into installments, but generally only in the context of how much other characters didn't like her.

She'll be appearing in the Mancers series should I ever get that off the ground.

I've never done this, so I'm not sure how any of this works.
