SW10/WWW: Powernaut 2012 #3: The President is Visiting!

I publish this start of a Presidential visit on a day when one coast of 
the United States is getting the Pope, the other is getting the 
President of China, and a "Turn Me Into a Peanuts Cartoon" web site is 
becoming popular.  (www.peanutizeme.com)  These all seem strangely 
appropriate to Powernaut 2012, because I kind of wish there were an app 
to make *me* into a resident of Power City where they know how to handle 
traffic when dignitaries visit...

But anyway, Who is Doctor Fu?  We'll have to find out next week, as 
Power School 2012 continues toward a climactic confrontation between 
buffaloes and Obamas!  Can even Powernauts be of any use when that 
happens???

Where exactly is Power City?  I've seen a map that says it's in New 
Jersey, but I don't think they have buffalo ranches there.

Hi, Louis!  Power City is in north central Oregon, alongside the 
Columbia River.  It was named for a dam that was built there in the 
1930s.  Plenty of room for buffaloes off in the countryside!

That map of Power City, New Jersey must have come from old Powernaut 
comics.  Who knows what kind of stuff they invented for their stories? 
 From what I've seen from 1980s Powernaut comics, they weren't shy about 
inventing stuff!
