I think so.  Not all Powernaut comics actually took place in the 
mainstream Earth-SW10, but they all got published there.  1912 inspires 
1941, 1941 inspires 1968, and so on.

Of course a different question is, "Did Powernaut 1912 take place on the 
same Earth as Powernaut 1941?"  I'm still deciding that one.  We all 
know the real name of Powernaut 1941 is Paul Poderr, but he could be 
Paul Poderr *Junior*.
