I got a promotional copy of that at this year's World Fantasy
Convention, but I haven't gotten around to reading it yet.

Matt has a book of his own, incidentally, although the name escapes me.
He's writing lots of speculative essays.

Then you'd have to include Refugees from Net.Ropolis.

I didn't know Abhay had pulled his stories from the archive. That's too
bad; he was my favourite RACC author, to the point where I've actively
solicited stories from him when I've been editing in the past. (But
he's always declined.)
