  The easy solution is to make the camps and more like
the mental hospital from 'One Flew Over the Cocoo's
Nest'.   Gods intervene all the time.  Those who
refuse to believe are deemed to be insane.   Some of
them really do try to treat people.   It's just that
most of them a cesspool of abuse and torture.
