I'd say no, since this is purely an implementation detail.

I'm not sure if there is precedent for discussing security w.r.t. an 
implementation detail in a protocol document, so I don't have a good 
answer for this.


Do we still want to mention TAKETHIS, since it truely is unique and I 
think its potential for abuse aren't implementation specific?
