That still did not reveal where the meeting information was posted.

And, there was a new version of the "current practices" in the ID repository
before the deadline. I guess no one noticed that (despite the fact that the 
availability of that document was announced on the ietf-nntp list). Certainly,
no one bothered to inform me about this meeting.
