ietf-nntp re: batch, streaming, Adding extensions?

Inn 1.5 will support the streaming extensions as currently handled
by the unoff versions, which were based on a draft document by
Jerry Aguirre and others.

To possibly answer the original question, the XBATCH command going
into inn 1.5 is to support transmission of compressed batches, which
the streaming extensions dont do.
