Won't bore you with a list of bug fixes and features, and honestly I didn't write them all down so it's hard to recall them all :P   (I tend to fix most bugs as soon as I find them, rather than record them and fix them later.)

Suffice it to say, I work on it every day, and there are lots of visible and not-so-visible changes. Range indicators - ally commands (gave you a simple healer and melee pet to play with) - UI improvements - new biomes - new map details - new skills - etc.  

It's finally approaching something playable, though the skill selection is still fairly limited, and the quest interface has not been implemented yet. After than, the town building interface needs to be completed (a major hurdle), and then sieges. Once this is done, I will actually add the storyline and the unique races/creatures (the monsters in the game now are generally generic, and there to make sure AI and biome selection work, though a lot will stick around).
