new release of Dungeons of Decay

Hi folks,

some new steps in the development of Dungeons of Decay were done.
- The windows binary became much smaller be removing the need for numpy
- a few more monsters
- dungeon is now 8 to 12 levels deep
- it's considered beta as it's playable
