DCSS 0.9 release

We are pleased to announce the release of

 DCSS 0.9 -- "The XP pool is closed".

You can find it at http://crawl.develz.org/wordpress/downloads.
The online Crawl servers crawl.akrasiac.org and crawl.develz.org feature
the new version, although on CDO "trunk" means "0.9 stable".
It will take a few days until webtiles https://tiles.crawl.develz.org/
will be running.
