[ANN] Umbra 10.10 Alpha released

Umbra 10.10 Alpha has been released.

The changes include:
- code cleaning and reorganising for increased readability
- added support for module timeouts (automatic deactivation after a given
time period has passed)
- added a NetBeans project (with build targets for Windows only, for now)
- added Javadoc-style comments for extra API info in IDEs that support it
