[Announce] Dweller 0.14.1 release

I am happy to announce a new release of Dweller, the mobile
roguelike. Dweller is a fully playable, completable and bite sized
roguelike perfect for boring meetings, train rides and any other time when
you need a time killer.

The most notable changes are the improved AI, the improved game balance,
the introduction of weapon speeds and two handed weapons and items that
increase your light radius.
