ASCII Dash 1.1 released

This is an update to my 7DRL entry, ASCII Dash, based on the judges
review posted a few days ago.

Changes:

* Early levels are smaller and (usually) less hazardous. Expect the
game to start making a proper effort to kill you from the third or
fourth level.
* Added a lives system. You can be saved from death 3 times before
seeing the Game Over screen.
* Your game is saved when you quit (unless you tell the game
otherwise) and automatically loaded the next time you play.
