SW10/WWW/PRECOG: Powernaut Coming Attractions 2024!

I've now done the below mentioned things and uploaded them!  I'll 
publicize World's Fair 2024 Part 1 soon, after a bit more review... but 
its first four strips are there now!  You might find them with some 
navigation through the main page.

Honestly, what gets me going tonight is listening to Pink Floyd while 
reviewing that old RACCCon story about the evil Waffle on the Moon.  I 
finally added the appropriate prism effect to the waffle.
