rebuild!

Panel 2:  Cery and a couple of other blobs in a dust cloud, rebuilding 
things

Panel 3:  Cery and huge speaker system, announcing to Bloby:  It's 
ready!  (flips huge Frankenstein power switch)

Panel 4:  All of Blob City:  goes dark
