     "Well, I hope it was worth it.  The backdoor is totally scrubbed...from
our end." 
     "Pah.  You've been working on making it good for more than a single
nuisance attack for how many decades?  Face it, it was never going to
generate the promised intel stream.  Even if all we accomplished was
permanently removing one of their locations from rotation, it probably did as
much as it could." 
     "IS that all it did?  Tell me it wasn't a big flashy waste of
resources." 
     "Ooooh yes.  Our auguries and intercepts were suggestive, but we got
eyes on him.  Magical 'guy' confirmed."
