SW10/WWW: Powernaut 2008 #14: Battle Map!

Sometimes it's nice to look at a map of a faraway place which has no 
wildfires or hurricanes, and fantasize about being there.  Well, this 
week Powernaut Comics presents its French Street Map Issue.  Sure, 
villains can use interactive street maps to track heroes, but it still 
beats wildfires and hurricanes.

This chapter takes place in Paris.  I have now had to consider where 
exactly in Paris that might take place.  There are two candidate places. 
But due to the chapter taking place around nuclear regulatory agencies, 
Google itself got sensitive about revealing the details around those 
locations!  So I have felt free to make something up.  Hence, "Rue de 
l'Atomique".

The soldiers presented a pathetic but inspiring spectacle. The
hospitals were crowded with sick and wounded; the walls were
