8FOLD/META: Brave New World Chronology

Starting next week, it's *finally* happening -- a new issue
of MANCERS every Monday, and a new issue of DAYLIGHTERS every
Thursday, continuing for six weeks and then culminating in
the super-sized crossover special BRAVE NEW WORLD.

The issues are intended to be read in the order they're posted.
However, events in the two series unfold at a different pace,
so the "reading order" isn't a strictly chronological one.
To keep you oriented, I've prepared this short chronology.
