The mysterious Powernaut from the 1990s surfaces at Power School!  Is he

Why yes, I made and wore a costume of the Powernaut with the mask.  In 
1979.  Long before I'd invented Powernauts.  When I *did* invent them, I 
couldn't let that costume go to waste...  And now the world knows why 
Powernauts really dress the way they do.
