Man, this is some shivery-powerful stuff.  It reminds me of all the good parts 
of the things I like about my own work, and also reminds me I need to get back 
to working on things.  >_>

I'll admit to not being super(ha)-familiar with a lot of the LNH stuff, but 
even with that, this was a really engaging read start to finish.  Some very 
nice visceral details and a lot of personal touches - /really/ good stuff.
