ahem, about the RACCies...  I'm still in to write this year's ceremony. 
  But as one can see, I'm cranking on maximum for a certain other 
series.  That'll be happening through the end of April, at this rate. 
And Drew's needing some time to catch up too.  I also notice that none 
of us are putting out those "Eligibles" posts yet.  I've been a bit busy 
to have put out mine.

So I propose to present the RACCies at the end of May 2016, rather than 
the start.  Everyone...  A month off!  Let us begin the RACCies 
balloting in February.
