heh...  That one bit seems like a reasonable extension of mysterious 
Powernaut power to me, with about the usual Powernaut amount of 
explanation.  You will soon see the ramifications of the Powernaut 
spending his power that way.

As for the rest...  This strip (and the next) are the action height 
(well, the *first* one) of the Powernaut version of the Crisis on 
Infinite Earths.  "Too much going on" goes with the territory.

(If I did it over, I would probably turn the Doom Bear loose beforehand, 
in that unpublished Hyper-Power Crisis Wars series.  He'd pick one hero 
from each 80s team, to fight alone against others and whatever.  But I 
wrote Powernaut 1985 before I even thought of putting the Doom Bear in.)

But I saw your comments on the fairly-similar Power School 2012, and I 
knew they'd apply to this story too.  I've rewritten and added some 
upcoming strips, to be a bit more careful about explaining what's going 
on.  Powernaut 1985 will now be 23 issues.  So, I will try to avoid too 
much going on.
