Hmm, good question.  Up until 2005, they had a Council seat; Ellipsis 
held it.  They probably got booted in 2009 when The Trillions showed up 
on Earth-SW10, though.  But in any case, they have a seat in the full 
Congress of Ordered Realities; Crusher Joe holds that now.
