Hmpf...  I could yet describe the world better, like maybe the 
underground pizza delivery conveyor belts which serve the Power School 
cafeteria.  (Yay!  Pizza Day!)  But you may have noticed, I tend to just 
move the plot forward and let the world catch up.  You will soon see, 
Panel 4 is pivotal to the plot.

Which is the right assumption.  I just filled it in a bit.  Also, I have 
not thought of twenty-four students to put in Power School...  Who wants
