I think there's a lot of space to explore in Net.ropolis even now, and I'm kind of pushing a little bit in the direction of there being a lot more activity in some places (like Hovel Homes or the Shimbleshanks) than people are seeing. And I think the LNH doesn't necessarily publicize a lot of the smaller/local stuff they're doing.

(Also, you'll have to narrow down "heroic weirdo" for me, that's like 95% of the roster!)
