RACCIES: Eligibility Query

I can only speak with authority to the "Favorite Miniseries" question-- IIRC, the category is limited to series with twelve installments or less. Saxon's serial just had its thirteenth installment this month, and mine will have its thirteenth next month, so neither would be eligible. (Favorite Story Arc, OTOH...)

Regarding the "individual stories eligible for Single Issue" thing-- I'm personally okay for that, but of course I'm biased. :-)
