META: Books

I salute all those who are publishing their works so that the world may 
enjoy them.

For those of you who have not see it yet, I call your attention to 
Smashwords.com.  Same deal as Amazon, different marketing arrangements, 
some very creative.

I also publish at ThirdMillennium 3mpub.com, but they pay; in return, 
you get paperbacks.

You can also get paperbacks via CreateSpace, but I have had 
approximately zero sales through them.
