I am sad to hear of City of Titans delays or personal issues.  But I 
shall be bowing out on High Concept Challenge this time, for reasons 
stated in the latest "New Bosnia" episode.  Besides, New Bosnia might 
technically qualify if the rules were stretched, but it wouldn't really 
meet the spirit.
