Why yes he is!  It's more a nickname than a title, but this will be 
fairly important to the Powernaut 1992 storyline - right about when the 
Modern Age Ellipsis starts making his presence felt in the world.

Now, when was Ellipsis born?  Could it be...  1969???  8{D>
