I've always pronounced it ray-sees, for reasons that, now looking through a list of words with "cc", almost all of which are hard-c sounds, elude me. I'm going to tell my wife now, so she can add it to the list of words that I mispronounce (which apparently include "robot", "billboard", and "Spider-Man"). :-D
