Oh Yeah!  The 20th Anniversay of the Net.Trenchcoat Brigade happened 
sometime this year (probably in January)!

Created by Tara Lynn O'Shea (Lady Johanna Constatine) as a parody of 
Neil Gaiman's Trenchcoat Brigade that appeared in his Book of Magic 
miniseries -- the earliest post I can seem to find that has the NTB in
