You're very close! It's Golden LNH-Men, and can be found here: I believe
LNH-Men: The Silver Age is the sequel.

Well, considering that none of the people who wrote it are on the newsgroup
anymore, and considering the biggest problem people have with Before
Watchmen... well, at the very least I'd want to talk to them about it
