Well, Rob reserved #9-8 for his 'Ultimate Blackhole' arc (although it is 
looking more and more likely that those issues have been sucked into the 
Blackhole... and will never come out again)...

And Andrew reserved #4-2, but it's possible that he hasn't come up with 
any ideas for them...

I suppose you should talk to either of them if you really want to do that..
