Actually I'd be fine with there being a hole on my web site, as long as 
I could direct people to someone else's.  I do have to think about 
mixing my free web site with someone else's paid site, though.

So yeah, Dave, standalones would work best.  Besides, it's what he wants 
to publish.  (The guidelines say, ask before submitting serials or 
sequential art.  Oops, there goes almost everything I write.)
