I bet Spider-Man is pretty well locked down, though.  The main 
consideration is, does the use of this name create confusion in the 
marketplace?  Spider-Man would.  Scarlet Harlot, not so much.  Heck, 
RACC could probably take over the name and then sue DC if they ever used 
it again!

Deep in your heart, you already know the answer...  Don't say villains, 
say Captains of Industry!  Realistic men who know what it takes to get a 
project to work!  And of course, every project includes firefighting of 
*some* sort!  He's only a *real* volunteer firefighter because he can 
write it off from work.

I suppose someone else's might.  But I'm trying to avoid any status 
other than Free For Use Without Permission or whatever we call it.

Turns out I'm an anally-fixated oedipal paranoid with
