When I won "Most Improved", it meant a lot to me, personally, because, let's face it-- back in the day, there was a lot that needed improving. And while no one else's work has been quite as bad as mine was, I think an award that says "Yes, your work is better" might make a similar difference to other recipients. So I'm for keeping it.
