SW10/META: Where is Power City?

Fans of the Powernaut may have noticed the current adventure takes place 
in Power City.  I figured that would be a safe fictional name for a 
city, kind of like Metropolis.  But it turns out that (like Metropolis) 
there actually is a Power City.  When I tried to tell Facebook that the 
Powernaut was from there, it told me where the real city was.  I've been 
to Power City without realizing it!

The Powernaut's Power City is probably going to be like Net.ropolis, 
though.  It'll move around as it feels like.  That could be a plot 
feature going forward.

Let's take a look, if you will, at the Second Amendment of the
Constitution, which protects every American's right to shoot another
American.  This cherished constitutional right to shoot people and make
them dead is currently recognized in all fifty states, most recently
Florida.
