SW10/PRECOG: The Summer of Discontent

Thanks to the generosity of Doctor Dvandom in giving a full month for 
the current High Concept Challenge, I've had a chance to write *more* 
stories than I need to for it!  I'm planning to glut you tomorrow, after 
*one* more day for review.  But it won't quite finish the story of The 
Summer of Discontent...

And you'll all be glad to know, I just added "Dvandom" to my spell 
checker dictionary.  8{D>

Turns out I'm an anally-fixated oedipal paranoid with
