This is the thing I'm not sure about. I really think we should have a
significant number of new characters in the starting lineup - well, either
that, or obscure/secondary characters given more prominent roles.

...why? Just because they have seemingly useless powers? That's part of
the LNH tradition! Definitely something we want to keep!

That's not a bad idea!

Again, I don't think the nucleus needs to be composed of established
characters. Just strong ones.
