META: Real life RACC/LNH Con in 2012?

An ever-so-slightly different take on Arthur's question:
 
I assume that the meet would probably take place in the US, since 
that's where most RACC participants are.

Probably.  Normally I would say no, but the current... boistrousness... 
of the Australian Dollar makes these things look attractively cheap.
 
 
> 2) Would you be willing to drive to such an event? 
 
Almost certainly not applicable.  Don't have an international drivers 
license, and I don't think I'd feel comfortable driving on the right 
hand side of the road.
 
 
> 3) Would you go to an event that was held in the city you lived? 
 
Definately.
 
 
> 4) Are you a billionaire or multi-millionaire that would be willing to 
> pay to transport every RACC'r to your swinging mansion for the con?
 
Unfortunately no.
 
 
> 5) When should this RACC Con take place? 
 
Probably some time mid year in 2012.  I'm guessing that would be summer 
break time for a lot of people.  Personally it would fall in the winter 
mid-year of the university year, which would make getting leave a little easier.
