I always intended Rex to have to be put down in this arc, though the 
length of the arc got away from me. But the switch to Theodor's 
perspective on this arc made it *so* much easier to write it as a 
*story*, rather than a series of events.

Ha, I kind of like that. Your comment on Facebook made me laugh, the 
planet to Super Wizard: "Pardon my humble self for getting in the way of 
your challenge." :P

I want to give these character a little more... er... *character* in the 
series. Brody is starting to round out a bit, in that he was trying to 
be more neutral in this tournament than some of the others but is 
starting to see the dangers of letting a super wizard run rampant.

As to the idea of using two crowns at once... you know, I actually 
hadn't thought of that! I may have to slip that into future issues! :D

Next issue will wrap up this arc and the menace of Rex. I don't want to 
*overstay* any interesting groups or characters. Plus, after Rex we 
still have a half dozen other challenges to go through :P
