This should technically be #1-3.  It turned into a three-parter while
writing.  Not bad for what was originally a one-shot.

my a.outSiders series (and yes, that's the proper spelling) takes
place roughly at this time.

Can't quite remember when I wrote Master Blaster and Twaeila #1-2, but
it was in the '97-'99 time frame, before I dropped off the face of
RACC.  I want to say they were in, as they happened somewhat after
Birth of a Villain fiddled out...
