Also consider: Silver Arrow (allegedly) doesn't have powers, right?
But he's firing a number of decidedly non-aerodynamic arrows: the
classic boxing glove arrow, the sawblade arrow.... That's like saying
Oliver Queen doesn't have powers.  The character himself is kind of a
lampshade.  Also, I think I've tossed some non-obvious foreshadowing
in these last three issues... can you guess it?
