I believe Master Blaster, the Incredible Man-With-No Life, and CAPTAIN
CAPITALIZE are often in that list as well.

I'm keeping Twaeila, my fictional alt.barney.dinosaur.die.die.die
writer-character's daughter, on the reserved list.
