I need to bookmark this, as there seem to be new entries since the
last time I read it. ;)

All in all, whenever a superhuman legal technicality raises its head,
this would be the first place I'd look, particularly for a "relatively
new to superhumans" world like StarFall (I say "relatively new" since
superhumans have been around for ten years, in-universe, and unlike
Marvel and DC *don't* have a history dating back to WWII; even
then ... hell, Congress is *still* trying to keep up with the new
Internet technologies).
