Meta: LNH wiki mediawiki updated

I upgraded mediawiki to the latest stable (1.14).  Unfortunately, that 
didn't fix the search -- it seems the search problem is in the sqlite 
driver.  I may have to migrate the database to a mysql or postgres thing 
which I really don't have time to do now :-(

Anyway, the upgrade wasn't too smooth, so if anyone notices any (new) 
bugs, please report them.

For the record, if anyone wants to take backups of the database, or get a 
local mirror to run on an offline device, or to try to migrate it, or 
whatever -- you can always get it from http://www.lnhq.info/mediawiki/db/
